  Brutal. I had winter tires put on last fall. Once they changed them over, they slopped my summer tires into my trunk, while they were covered in mud. The worst part is that when I later went to get a brake inspection done at a dealership, they weren't able to get the tires off because the nuts were drilled on crooked with a pneumatic tool (and stripped). The outcome was that I had to pay to have the wheel studs cut off and replaced. I took the bill to OK tire, since they were the ones that put the tires on, and they took zero responsibility for it. If you want service done correctly and you don't want to pay someone else to correct their mistakes, I suggest going somewhere else.
